How do you respond to 'Give me a second or third weakness'?

Stay calm and have two backup weaknesses prepared. Keep them distinct and bounded. Do not repeat the same theme. For each, give one sentence of context and one sentence on improvement. The interviewer is testing depth of self-awareness and whether your first answer was rehearsed.
