How do you structure a leadership story with STAR?

Use Situation, Task, Action, Result, then add learning. Keep the setup short, make your personal actions clear, quantify the result if possible, and explain what changed because of your leadership. Strong stories involve uncertainty, people, conflict, or ownership. Avoid stories where you were just assigned a title.
