How do you defend a weakness already visible in your CV, such as a low grade or study change?

Address it directly before it becomes the interviewer's concern. Explain the context briefly, take responsibility, and show improvement through later grades, internships, technical preparation, or stronger focus. Do not over-explain. The goal is to make the visible weakness feel understood, contained, and no longer predictive.
