Be in the lobby around 10 minutes before the interview. The banker may collect you 5 minutes early.
Practical timing

- 10 minutes before: check in at reception.
- 5 minutes before: be ready to be collected.
If delayed
- Inform HR / recruiting immediately, even for a small delay.
- Give a concrete reason and realistic arrival time.
- Apologize briefly on arrival, then move on professionally.
