Question

How do you debug a circular reference that breaks the model?

Answer

Turn iteration off to reveal the circular warning. Use error checking, trace precedents / dependents, and isolate the schedule causing the loop. Check recent formula changes, interest, revolver, tax, and cash sweep blocks. Temporarily replace formulas with hardcodes to locate the loop, then rebuild with a clear switch or non-circular logic.
