How do you show concrete learning in a failure story?

Show what you now do differently. For example: create interim check-ins, clarify scope upfront, build a quality-control checklist, ask for feedback earlier, or manage time buffers. Concrete learning is behavioral, not philosophical. The interviewer should believe the same failure is less likely to happen again.
